Open Analytics in the sidebar to open the mega panel, then choose a Quick Access or commodity view. Analytics has no separate overview page of charts — the mega panel is how you land on a dashboard.

Quick Access

The Analytics mega panel’s Quick Access section links to cross-commodity views:

Consumption

Aggregate usage across all commodities.

EUI & Intensity

Rank sites by energy use per square foot and spot outliers across your portfolio.

Custom dashboards

Saved reports across your portfolio.
For portfolio-level cost analysis, use Cost Management.

By Commodity

The mega panel’s By Commodity section links to full dashboards for each primary utility type: On the Consumption page, summary sections for the selected commodities also appear for your current filters.

Saved views

Save any filter configuration as a named view so you can return to it later without reconfiguring filters each time. On any analytics page, click Save view in the toolbar after setting your filters. Saved views appear on the Home Favorites card — not as Quick Access cards in the Analytics mega panel.
  • Create — Set your filters (date range, sites, commodity), then click Save view and give it a name
  • Access — Return from HomeFavorites, or open the saved view’s URL to share it with teammates
  • Delete — Remove a saved view from the Home Favorites card (use Manage)
Saved views store the full filter state including date range, commodity, and site selections.
  • Cost Management — portfolio cost overview and account analysis
  • EUI & Intensity — rank sites by energy use per square foot
  • Custom dashboards — build reusable chart layouts
  • Data Export — download bulk usage and cost data as xlsx or csv
  • Data Quality — investigate gaps or anomalies you spot in analytics
  • Sites — view per-site analytics from the site dashboard
  • Methodology — understand how bill data is calendarized into monthly values

FAQ

Yes. Each analytics page includes an Export dropdown (PDF / CSV) for the underlying chart data. For bulk portfolio exports, use Data Export.
