Navigate to Data Export > History to see a log of every export you’ve run — both quick exports and integration exports.
Energy Star, Metrio, Watershed, and Sphera show recent exports on the integration hub in Recent syncs & downloads. The main history page shows everything across all types.
History table
The table displays the following columns:
Filtering
Use the filter bar to narrow down the history by:
- Type — Quick export or integration
- Status — Completed, in progress, or failed
- Date range — Exports created within a specific period
Export details
Click any row to open the Export Detail Sheet, a slide-out panel that shows the full configuration used for the export — including date range, selected sites, utility types, and format. If the export produced a downloadable file, a Download button is available to re-download it.
Export files are retained for 90 days. After that, you’ll need to re-run the export to
generate a new file.
