Export Usage Data

Download usage data (kWh, therms, gallons, etc.) as xlsx or csv files with flexible date and site filters.

Export Cost Data

Download utility costs and billing information as xlsx or csv files. Shown when cost tracking is enabled for your company.
You can also access Integrations for platforms including Energy Star, Metrio, Watershed, Sphera, Sinai, Unravel, and Carbonfact. Some integrations push via API; others generate a file for you to download. For step-by-step instructions, see Running an integration export. View your Export History to re-download past exports.

Quick exports are available in xlsx and csv formats. Integration exports use the format required by the target platform.
Yes. All exports — both quick exports and integration exports — support date range filters. You can choose a start and end date to scope the export to exactly the period you need.
When you run an integration export, Nectar formats your utility data according to the target platform’s requirements and pushes it directly. Some integrations support direct API upload; others generate a file in the required format for you to download and import manually.
