Overview
Choose a reporting period (and optionally sites) to see Total Cost, Avg Monthly Cost, Bills, Peak Month, a Cost Trend chart, Top Sites by Cost, and Accounts that need attention (highest cost, highest demand charges, high demand %, high late fees). Without a reporting period, Overview asks you to Select a reporting period so you can jump to a common range in one click.Account Analysis
Open Cost Management > Account Analysis to deep-dive one account’s costs. Pick an account and an optional month range to review cost trend, demand, and per-bill breakdown. Click a bill to inspect it. Use Download to export the account’s cost bills.Account Comparison
Open Cost Management > Account Comparison to compare 2–5 tracked accounts side-by-side. Mixed commodities do not plot together on the same chart.Line Items
Open Cost Management > Line Items to browse charge line items across bills. Filter by description, account, provider, charge type, supply vs delivery, demand-only, and total charge. A monthly cost trend sits above the table. Click a row to open the bill.Budgeting
If Budgeting is enabled for your company, open Cost Management > Budgeting to list saved budget and forecast scenarios. Click New scenario to name a scenario and choose a period, sites, and commodities.Related pages

Why do I not see Cost Management?
Cost Management appears when cost tracking is on for the company and cost features are available. Confirm cost tracking in Settings > Company > Data Collection. If you still do not see it, email support@nectarclimate.com.

Why do Cost Management pages ask for a site?
Every Cost Management page needs at least one site on the company so costs can be scoped. Add sites from Sites or Settings > Company > Sites.
