Open Cost Management for a portfolio-level cost overview and account analysis. Use the Cost Management menu to move between Overview, Account Analysis, Account Comparison, Line Items, and Budgeting. Cost Management pages require at least one site on the company. If you have none, add a site first from Sites.

Overview

Choose a reporting period (and optionally sites) to see Total Cost, Avg Monthly Cost, Bills, Peak Month, a Cost Trend chart, Top Sites by Cost, and Accounts that need attention (highest cost, highest demand charges, high demand %, high late fees). Without a reporting period, Overview asks you to Select a reporting period so you can jump to a common range in one click.

Account Analysis

Open Cost Management > Account Analysis to deep-dive one account’s costs. Pick an account and an optional month range to review cost trend, demand, and per-bill breakdown. Click a bill to inspect it. Use Download to export the account’s cost bills.

Account Comparison

Open Cost Management > Account Comparison to compare 2–5 tracked accounts side-by-side. Mixed commodities do not plot together on the same chart.

Line Items

Open Cost Management > Line Items to browse charge line items across bills. Filter by description, account, provider, charge type, supply vs delivery, demand-only, and total charge. A monthly cost trend sits above the table. Click a row to open the bill.

Budgeting

If Budgeting is enabled for your company, open Cost Management > Budgeting to list saved budget and forecast scenarios. Click New scenario to name a scenario and choose a period, sites, and commodities.
