Select your utility provider
Search for your utility or waste hauler by name or domain and select it from the list.If your provider isn’t listed, click Connect by entering its website, enter the Utility provider name and Utility website URL (the login page where you normally sign in), then click Save & continue.
2
Confirm URL
Nectar shows the provider name and Utility provider website. Confirm that the website is the provider’s official login page before proceeding — an incorrect link prevents a secure connection.
3
Sign in
Sign in to your utility portal in the embedded browser view. Nectar captures your username and password automatically and uses them to log in on your behalf and collect bill data. If the browser sign-in isn’t working, click Enter credentials manually and type them in — you can also add security questions there.
