FAQ

An organization can have multiple companies. Organization settings apply across all companies in your organization. Company settings are scoped to a single company. Think of the organization as the parent entity that manages billing, API keys, and cross-company data, while each company tracks its own sites, members, and utility data.
Users with an organization (billing profile) see the Organization section in settings. Within that section, org admins can manage team membership, billing, and cross-company configuration. Users without an organization only see Personal and Company settings. Site-only members see Personal plus Sites for sites they are assigned to.
Go to Settings > Organization > General and click Add organization member. Enter their email. They become an organization admin with access to every company (including future companies). For company Admin, Editor, Viewer, or Site-only roles, use Settings > Company > Members instead.
