Navigate to Settings > Company to configure the currently selected company. Company admins see every item below. Site-only members can open Sites for sites they are assigned to. If you manage multiple companies, use the company switcher in the sidebar first.

Data collection & quality settings

Full reference for Data Collection plus Bill Issues and Anomaly Detection under Data Quality — including cost tracking, collection rules, issue suppression, and anomaly thresholds.

General

Open Settings > Company > General. Archive pauses processing while preserving data. Restore company appears when the company is archived. Delete is permanent.

Sites

Open Settings > Company > Sites, then choose General or Individual Sites. Select a site to configure:
  • Basic Info — name, address, external ID, area, data owners, tags, data collection dates
  • Required Data — expected bill cadence per utility type (drives completeness and missing-data notifications)
  • Variables — enter monthly or fixed custom variable values for that site
  • Emissions Factors — site-level emission factor overrides
  • Waste and Estimation Rules — shown when those capabilities apply to the site

Custom variables

Open Settings > Company > Sites > General. Define monthly number series (for intensity denominators) and fixed site attributes on the Custom variables card (alongside site tags). Enter values per site or bulk-import them. See Custom variables for the full reference. For dashboards, analytics, and comparison outside settings, see Sites overview.

Data collection

Open Settings > Company > Data Collection. Covers meter tags, collection rules (including Site permissioning and cost tracking), data collection start month, bill forwarding, and default units. See Data collection settings for the full field reference, save behavior, and FAQs.

Data Quality

Bill issues

Open Settings > Company > Data Quality > Bill Issues. Control which issue types are detected on new bills. Existing open issues are unaffected.
  • Company defaults — toggle each suppressible issue type on or off
  • Custom suppression rules — turn off one issue type for a specific utility provider, connection, or account
See Bill issue settings.

Anomaly detection

Open Settings > Company > Data Quality > Anomaly Detection.
  • Master toggle to enable detection for the company (off by default)
  • A row per anomaly type (usage, cost, unit price, interest charges, bills after site archived) — enable each and set its available options; sensitivity applies to weather-aware types
  • All settings apply company-wide
See Anomaly detection settings and Anomalies for triage workflows.

Savings

When Savings is enabled for your company, open Settings > Company > Data Quality > Savings to turn detection triggers on or off. See Savings.

Material routing

Open Settings > Company > Waste (Material routing). Configure waste classification for waste utility data: A coverage summary flags untyped waste meters, meters without streams, and materials without a company-wide rule.

Members

Open Settings > Company > Members.
  • Add members by email
  • Change role among Admin, Editor, Viewer, and Site-only access
  • Assign site access when Site permissioning is enabled on Data Collection
  • Remove members who no longer need access
Custom statuses are intentionally out of scope for the current release and are not available in Company settings yet.
