IID offers an online customer portal, IID Customer Connect, where residential and business customers can view and download monthly bills as PDFs. There is no bulk structured-data export (CSV/XML/JSON); historical bills are PDF only.

Interval Data & Smart Meters

IID has deployed Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) with two-way smart meters and an Itron MDM integrated to SAP, but it has not implemented customer-facing interval data download. Interval data can only be obtained by manual request to customer service.

Does IID support Green Button or a Share My Data API for consultants?
