Billing data is available through the MID Customer Self Service portal (Oracle Utilities) at myaccount.mid.org. The portal shows current and historical bills and payment history. For machine-readable 12-month billing history, MID provides a form-based release process aimed at benchmarking and authorized third parties; there is no native CSV/Excel export on the standard interface.

MID has deployed Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) with an Oracle Meter Data Management System, but coverage is selective (pilot areas such as the Mountain House Development).
